We read every email. If you have a question about a specific plant, a correction to a care guide, a product to suggest for review, or a plant emergency photo, send it our way.
We try to reply within a few business days. For plant emergencies (root rot, pest infestation, a collapsing peace lily) include a clear photo of the whole plant, a close-up of the affected leaves, and a photo of the soil surface. It is the difference between a guess and an actual answer.
Editorial corrections
If you spot something wrong in an article, tell us. Links should be plant-parent friendly, not marketing fluff, and we will fix real errors quickly. Include the URL and the line you are questioning.
Partnerships and review requests
We only review products we would buy with our own money. If you make houseplant gear and want it considered, email us. We do not publish sponsored reviews.
What we cannot help with
Outdoor gardening, edible vegetables, orchids, or plants we have not written about. We stick to indoor hard-to-kill species, and we are not botanists or veterinarians. If your pet has eaten a plant, call the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at 888-426-4435 before emailing anyone.
